Recently bought a home in SE and unfortunately had to do some major repairs I didn't plan on doing. After it was all said and done, I was left with giant piles of wood, drywall, brick, etc all out front. I was panicking on how to remove it, got quotes for $2500-$5000 and even WM was quite expensive to drop off a container out front plus I had to do all the labor myself.I found the Junk-N-Joe sign in my neighborhood, saw it was father-daughter owned, and decided to give them a call. I provided Gloria with photos of the yard so she could give me an estimate for the work, and the final cost came in a little lower than what she quoted me. She was responsive and able to get me on the schedule within two days of my initial call.Eli and Art called ahead to let me know when they would arrive. We had a great experience with Junk-N-Joe. We called to request a quote to tear down and haul away a dilapidated shed, as well as some other junk we inherited from our home's previous owner. They came out same-day for the quote and scheduled the demolition for the next day - so less than 24 hours after our initial call, the job was completed. Gloria, the scheduler, was friendly and responsive. Ron and Art, the workers they sent out, were also friendly and they worked fast. The price was reasonable - not a penny more than the initial quote - and they made sure we were satisfied before they left. We would definitely use them again!

Junk-N-Joe really came through for us. We had a humongous project requiring the removal and disposal of an asbestos-filled motor home, a broken down box van, multiple vehicles, paint and chemicals, over 100 tires, an old bulldozer, an industrial-sized exhaust fan, dozens of old school bus seats, numerous steel trailers and oil barrels, as well as clearing out and disposing of miscellaneous junk from within two semi trucks and an 8,100 SF workshop. They took care of everything for us and didn't even leave so much as a nail behind. Joe and Gloria's team was on time every morning with a positive attitude and always worked a full day. I checked in on them at random points every day and they were always working hard. I never got the sense that their team was slacking off or running out the clock. I would absolutely recommend them and plan to use them again on other projects!

Joe Doud, Junk N Joe, and his crew came to our rescue !! We were 3,000 miles away from home dealing with the death of a relative and the overwhelming task of emptying her home and getting it ready to sell. On the recommendation of the real estate appraiser we were working with we called Junk N Joe. Joe’s crew helped us separate the items that could be donated from items that had to be tossed. FOUR truckloads and a van full of “stuff” later that task was completed. They also removed carpeting and padding when hardwood floors were discovered & hauled it away. Then the task of cleaning.
