Eviction Clean Out Services

Wonderful company to work with! Prompt, thorough, and very well priced. 1000% recommend them for your junk hauling needs.

These guys are the real deal. They did such an incredible job for us, and we’re so courteous, helpful, and the pricing was fair. All of that on top of giving us essentially same-day service. Will definitely use again!

I always like using their services because they do a great job. They don’t miss anything even the littlest thing they take it. Phoebe and Amy Came today they hauled off so much huge stuff very strong Women organized very kind. I’m very thankful. They did it such a great job today

Betsy came by with another gentleman (I'm sorry I didn't catch your name) and they were absolutely amazing. They were fast, incredibly sweet, and helped us beyond our expectations. I will ONLY use Junk N Joe, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for service with integrity, helpfulness, and great customer service. 10/10!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I work in a field where I sometimes need to help people through difficult and emotional transitions — situations where someone is leaving a home or property they've been in for a long time, often under circumstances that are stressful and hard. Over the course of several months, I called on this team repeatedly to help clear out a property during one of those situations, and they were absolutely exceptional every single time. What set them apart wasn't just the quality of the work — though the job was always done thoroughly and efficiently — it was how they showed up. The crew was kind, unhurried, and genuinely respectful of the fact that this wasn't just a pile of stuff. It was someone's belongings, someone's space, and someone's chapter of life coming to a close. They treated it that way without being asked. For me as the person coordinating everything, they made a complicated, ongoing process so much easier. Responsive, reliable, flexible with scheduling, and never once made me feel like I was asking too much — even when I was calling them back for the fourth or fifth or eighth time. If you need a junk removal company you can trust with a job that actually matters, these are your people. Highest possible recommendation.

Junk-N-Joe Junk Removal did an outstanding job. Picked up all of our garage cleanout items, they were very friendly and professional.
