A: First, we recycle anything that can be recycled. Other items we donate. If something can’t be donated or recycled, it will be disposed of properly.
What items don't you take?
A: We cannot take flammable items like full propane tanks, chemicals, oil, and gasoline. We also can’t take asbestos and liquid paint.

A: When we arrive at your home or business, our team will give you an estimate before any work begins. Our rates are usually lower than our competitors and we don’t charge any hidden fees!

Do I have to be present to have the work done?
A: If any items are in the home you will have to be there. If items are located outside we can work while you are absent. We will call with the price before we begin working and you can pay over the phone by credit card.
Can you give me a price over the phone?
A: We base our pricing on the amount of space your junk will take up in the truck. The price includes all labor, hauling, and disposal/transfer station fees. Since it is difficult to get a good idea of the amount of space the job will take on our truck without being there we will need to be on location to give you an estimate.
Do you charge a fee to come to Salem, OR?
A: We do have to charge an additional fee of $50.00 to offset costs (gas, employee travel time).
